Storysend provides personalised fictional children's stories by email, sold as a subscription by Eponymous Management Ltd.
Billing and cancellation
Monthly plans renew monthly. Yearly plans renew yearly. Cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for unused time except where required by UK consumer law.
Refunds
14-day refund on first purchase if it's not for you. Email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment.
Using the stories
Stories are for your family's personal use. Print as many bedtime copies as you like. Please don't resell them or publish them publicly.
Delivery
We aim for every Sunday at 6pm UK time. Occasionally a story may be late or rescheduled. If we miss a week entirely, we'll extend your subscription by a week.

UK consumer law applies and nothing here limits your statutory rights.
